How to enter

1. Book a 25-minute intro call with a Taxwire representative using the booking link on cfovegas.com.
2. Attend the call at the scheduled time.
3. Complete the call with a Taxwire rep (the rep confirms the meeting took place and that the entrant qualifies).

Qualification

To be qualified for the drawing, the entrant must:

• Hold a finance, accounting, operations or executive role at a company that could plausibly become a Taxwire customer (Taxwire reserves sole discretion to determine qualification).
• Attend the booked call in good faith and discuss their sales-tax situation.
• Provide a valid work email and company name.

Entries from current Taxwire employees, their immediate family, and competing sales-tax platforms are not eligible.

The prize

One (1) Rolex timepiece, model to be announced on the CFO Vegas prize page, with an approximate retail value under US$15,000. The prize is awarded as-is, no cash substitution. Taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

Winner selection

The winner is drawn at random from the pool of qualified entrants on or shortly after November 7, 2026. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached or declines within 14 days of notification, Taxwire may draw an alternate winner.

Privacy

Information collected via booking is used solely for scheduling, raffle administration and Taxwire's normal sales follow-up. See Taxwire's privacy policy for how your data is handled.

Changes

Taxwire reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if circumstances outside its control make running it impractical. Material changes will be posted on this page and the posting date above will be updated.
